In order to come up with a snappy? into for this entry I started thinking about songs with the name in the title. At about 6 or 7 I decided to actually do a search on the web. There are many, many titles. Seems as though we as a culture, at least a western one, are pretty focused on money.
As a real estate investor you know what I'm talking about, at least if you have some experience you know. If you haven't quite started yet you should know that money/financing will be a major hurdle to overcome. There are deals to be had in any market, but never in the type and quantity as we're seeing now.
In the specific situation our LLC finds itself in, we're seeking funding to move our business operation forward. In another post I'll explain our strategy for buying and what we're attempting to do to gain funds to obtain additional properties.
